About Langleys

Langley Distribution, formerly Langley Business Systems was founded in 1974 by John Shelley, Dennis Puller and Keith Bill. In 1976 Keith left the  company to pursue a successful career in finance and in 1990 Dennis retired. The company had both wholesale and retail departments but in 1995 the retail arm was sold to Peter Reznik, who located the company just around the corner from us in Oldbury, West Midlands.

Over the 45 years Langley’s have been trading we have established a strong name for ourselves in the industry. We are known for providing high grade equipment and strong after sale service, hence our slogan ‘Integrity in Business’. We believe in building long standing relationships with both customers, suppliers and staff. Langley’s began stocking Casio and Sharp cash registers in the 1980’s, Samsung in 1992 and Cas in 1997 so we have a wealth of knowledge, experience and parts for these brands.

As importers of EPoS equipment we are constantly monitoring currency exchange rates in an attempt to purchase and prebook Dollars and Euro at the best possible rate, we like to pass on discounts to our customers based on this. We supply thousands of independent companies, national multiples, local and central government departments and education facilities. We were among the first in the UK to supply networked Cash Registers linked to Back Office computers with Stock Control and Management Information Software (EPoS).
